Offer questions answered
Free spins in PNG: what do the terms mean?
Free-spins terms in PNG need to explain the value of each spin and what happens to any winnings. A spin count does not tell you the cash value of an offer. Check the eligible game, claim condition, expiry and restrictions on winnings before accepting.

About this guide
This FAQ explains offer conditions. It does not list current free spins, provide a claim code or confirm that a particular operator has an offer. All figures in the example are hypothetical.
How much is a free-spins offer worth?
The nominal stake value is the number of spins multiplied by the stake assigned to each spin. That is the value of the play described by the offer. The amount won can be different, including zero, and withdrawal conditions may apply to any winnings.
Suppose a hypothetical offer has 20 spins at PGK0.20 each. Its nominal stake value is 20 × PGK0.20 = PGK4. It does not promise PGK4 in winnings or PGK4 that can be withdrawn. A second offer with more spins could assign a smaller stake to each one, so compare both fields.
Worked example: wagering on spin winnings
Imagine those spins produce PGK6 in bonus winnings and the hypothetical terms require 10× those winnings in qualifying stakes. The requirement is PGK6 × 10 = PGK60. It is calculated from the winnings in this example, not from the PGK4 nominal spin value.
A different offer could use another formula or have no such condition. Check the actual wording. A cashout cap, maximum stake, contribution rate and deadline can further restrict the result. The casino bonus terms guide explains each of those calculations. Losses can exhaust a balance before a requirement is complete.
Record the conditions in one place
- Write down who can claim and whether a deposit or registration is required.
- Record the spin count, stake per spin and exact eligible game.
- Find out where winnings go and copy any wagering formula.
- Separate the claim deadline from deadlines for using spins or completing wagering.
- Record cashout limits, withdrawal conditions and the effect of cancelling.
If the offer is shown only in a message, ask for its written terms through the account provider's established contact. Keep the message and response with their dates. Never send a password or one-time code to claim a promotion.
Free-spins terms: questions and answers
Does free mean no deposit is required?
The word free does not specify the claim conditions. Read whether the offer requires a deposit, registration, a code or another action. Treat no-deposit status as unknown if the terms do not say.
Can I choose any game?
Use the game named in the offer terms. A spin allocation for one game does not establish eligibility on another game in the same lobby. Record the permitted game and stake before accepting.
Are spin winnings immediately withdrawable?
That depends on the offer. Check whether winnings become cash or restricted bonus funds, then read any wagering, identity and withdrawal conditions. A displayed win is not enough to establish withdrawal eligibility.
What happens when the offer expires?
Read the rule for the particular deadline. The claim period, time to use spins and time to complete wagering can differ. Ask what happens to unused spins and winnings, and record the timezone.
Should I deposit more to finish wagering?
A promotion is optional. Do not exceed the spending limit you set to chase a requirement or recover losses. Ask how cancellation affects your existing funds before accepting an offer.
